CHILDREN & TEENS

Being an older congregation, we weekly long for our younger generations to enter into our presence and bring life to our people! Seeing the need, we put on a Vacation Bible School (VBS) every summer. Our talented leader puts on quite a show and a great way for our community to get involved.

We take a intergenerational approach every Sunday as we hope to minster to all ages and meet them where they are at.

ADULTS

We offer Adult Bible Study each Sunday Morning at 10 AM in the Fellowship Hall. The material we use is very diverse in nature and changes monthly, providing fresh, invigorating discussion of God's Word. We also hold Bible Study each Thursday evening during the Spring and Fall months.

WOMEN

Women's Time Out meets each Wednesday morning from 10 AM to Noon in the Fellowship Hall. Ladies from all over come for fellowship and spiritual nurturing, through sewing, playing games, and putting together jigsaw puzzles!

FAMILY

We continually pray that young couples and families will one day fill our sanctuary and fill the obviously missing age groups from infants to young and middle-aged adults. Please pray alongside us that we can someday be a whole, functioning church family with representations from all age groups.

OUTREACH

We value community and reaching those around us. You might have seen us at one of these three festivals

The Sultan Shindig (in Sultan) and the Gold Dust Days (in Gold Bar), are summer festivals, in which we provide free cold, bottled water. Last year, we distributed over 5,000 bottles of water, "a cup of cold water in Jesus' name," along with a number of copies of the Gospel of John and pens with our church name, address, and phone number. The third festival, Winterfest," is usually scheduled the first week of each December, during which we provide free popcorn to the valley community. We enjoy greeting each passerby, sharing a welcoming smile, and talk to them about Jesus as opportunities present themselves.
